Eligibility for Returns
We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. We accept returns on both opened and unopened skincare and haircare products if you’re not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging (where possible).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., custom fragrance blends)
- Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”

- Return Shipping: For general returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the shipping fees.
Refund Process
After we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s). Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Partial refunds may be issued if the product is significantly used (e.g., more than half empty).
If the return does not meet the criteria (e.g., it was received outside the return period), we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@neorahbeauty. Include photos of the item, and we’ll promptly arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra charge.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to try a different product, please return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order for the product of your choice.
Sale and Promotional Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
